St. Francis Church:
This oldest church is the main landmark in Fort Kochi, built by the Europeans. Inside the church there are several inscriptions reveal about the life and times of the Portuguese and the Dutch settlers. Actually this church was dedicated to the saint of Portugal, Santo Antonio which is renamed as St. Francis in 1663 and became an Anglican Church in 1804.
