Beautiful landscaped gardens are the one of the top attraction of Japan. Koraku-en-Garden is one of the three great gardens of Japan and is located in Okayama Prefecture. The name Koraku-en-Garden, means “Garden of pleasure after”.
It was built in 1700 and has an area about 28 acres. The garden houses many Sakura Tress (Cherry Blossom), beautiful ponds, water falls, a green house filled with orchids and cacti, plum trees, Japanese maple trees, Noh stage, relaxing tea houses, and many more sights and highlights. If you are in the garden, you can also make plan to visit Okayama Castel, which is located just next to the garden.
